Individual Therapy

Individual therapy  is provided in a safe, caring, and confidential environment via telehealth.  This type of one on one experience is designed to help you to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through difficult memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward your desired change, peace and healing.

People seek therapy for a wide range of reasons.I am trained to work with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational problems, grief and simply healing after the loss of a romantic relationship. We may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on your unique needs and personal goals for therapy. Remember, everyone's journey is pretty unique!

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy, is a process through which partners  work with a professional to identify areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change.  Working in collaboration, we will develop a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment in the relationship.

Working with a therapist in a safe and confidential setting, couples are able to explore how their individual backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors may be impacting their relationship in both positive and negative ways. I may assist you with addressing any immediate and pressing problems, as well as developing strategies for protecting and enhancing the long-term health and happiness of your relationship. Key areas for couples to explore in therapy can include communication, conflict resolution, sexual challenges, infidelity and compatibility.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a collaborative therapeutic experience that involves the presence of a trained professional and others who are working through similar challenges. Typically 4-8 individuals meeting once a week for 60 minutes.

Group members talk about a variety of  issues including exploring relationships, improving self-esteem, and enhancing coping skills.  Group members share information about themselves and provide feedback to others while counselors facilitate productive communication in the group.

Anger Management

Anger is always a secondary emotion and we work to identify the underlying issue. We believe that anger in and of itself is good. Anger is a core emotion that should be felt. Our individual anger management sessions are personalized to each client and our anger management support groups are kept small enough to provide quality interaction.

We don’t want you to just “manage” your anger.  Rather, our goal is to help you learn from your anger. What is it trying to teach you about yourself? We know however, that unbridled anger can be devastating to you, your family, and your career.

Are you ready for a better you ?
