Anger is always a secondary emotion and we work to identify the underlying issue. We believe that anger in and of itself is good. Anger is a core emotion that should be felt. Our individual anger management sessions are personalized to each client and our anger management support groups are kept small enough to provide quality interaction.
We don’t want you to just “manage” your anger. Rather, our goal is to help you learn from your anger. What is it trying to teach you about yourself? We know however, that unbridled anger can be devastating to you, your family, and your career.
