Jessica Inglis,LCSW-R

Jessica Inglis is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R) licensed in the states of New York. She received her Masters degree in Social Work  from Fordham University in 2006.  She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Purchase in 1999. She obtained a post Masters Certificate in Child and Family Therapy in 2009. In addition, Jessica  obtained a Post Masters Certificate in Child and Family Therapy in 2009 and a Certification in Seminar in Field Instruction in 2012.

My Story

Jessica currently works as a school social worker and have been for the past few years. Additionally, her experience has included outpatient and inpatient clinical settings. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She is bilingual. She speaks English and Spanish. Jessica is interested in working with young children who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger issues, school performance and behavior issues. In addition, she works with adults who are struggling with relationship/marital issues, grief, life transitions, anxiety and depression.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative and established in openness, trust, honesty and humor. She is committed to offering a compassionate, safe and non judgmental space to work to help you feel empowered to live your most authentic life.  She utilizes evidenced based treatment approaches that include Mindfulness based treatment, Cognitive Behavior therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, culturally sensitive person centered and strength based approaches.
